IBC Financial Get Started

The Book, and Why There Is Nothing to Download Yet

There is no file to download here, because the book has not been published. It is in final production in English and in French, and no release date, no publisher and no ISBN have been announced. This page is where you ask to be told when it is ready. Everything the book covers is already explained on this site, at no cost, with no form standing in front of it.

There is no file behind this page. The book has not been published, and a page offering an instant download of an unpublished book would be collecting email addresses under a description that is not true.

What this page does instead is narrow. It takes a name and an email address, and it uses them once, to tell you the book is available and in which language.

What is the book?

Infinite Financial Sovereignty®, Simplified, by Jose Salloum. It sets out in plain language how a participating whole life contract issued by a Canadian insurer can be built and used as the reserve a household or a business draws on, what that asks of the person doing it, and where the arrangement fails.

The approach it describes is the one commonly called The Infinite Banking Concept®, a term originated by Nelson Nash and a registered trademark of Infinite Banking Concepts, LLC. Neither the book nor this practice is affiliated with them. The book is a Canadian treatment of the subject, written against Canadian tax rules and Canadian insurance regulation, which is the gap it exists to fill.

Why is there nothing to download?

Four facts, stated together because a page of this kind usually states none of them.

The book has not been published. It is in final production in English and in French. Production is the stage after the writing is finished, and it is the stage that decides when a book actually exists.

No release date has been announced. Not by the author and not here. A month named on this page today would be a guess dressed as a schedule.

No publisher has been announced, and no ISBN exists yet. Those two facts usually arrive together, and neither has.

Any one of them would be enough to make an instant-download page dishonest. All four make it something the practice will not put its name on.

What happens after you send the form?

One message, when the book is ready, saying that it is ready and how to get it. That is the whole of it.

You are not called. You are not entered into a sequence of emails. You are not sent a chapter, a summary or a workbook in the meantime, because none of those things exists either. If the book takes another six months, you hear nothing for six months, which is the honest consequence of a page that promises exactly one message.

If you would rather have a conversation before the book arrives, that is a separate thing and it is available now at no cost.

Is any of the material on this site behind this form?

No. Nothing on this site is gated, and the book is not a way of gating it after the fact.

The learning centre indexes every article on the site, and each one can be read without a form, an account or an address. The case against this approach is on the site in full, including the arguments the practice concedes. The strategy pages explain the mechanism without asking for anything.

If the book never appeared, the material would still be here. That is the test of whether a site is educational or is a lead capture wearing an education label, and it is a test this site is built to pass.

Which edition applies to you?

Two editions, and they are treatments of the same contract rather than two different strategies.

The general edition is for a household or a business owner asking how a participating contract is designed at issue, funded over decades, and drawn on when something needs paying.

The real estate edition is for a reader whose balance sheet is mostly property. It carries the same mechanics and different examples: deposits, renovation costs, an empty unit, and the timing problems that arrive when capital is committed and a bill is due. It has its own request page, and either page will take a request for both.

What the book will not do

It will not tell you that this suits everyone, because it does not. It will not show a projection without stating the assumptions behind it and the date those figures were current. It will not separate you from your existing coverage on the strength of a chapter.

And it will not replace advice on your own circumstances. Nothing in a book, and nothing on this website, is personalised financial, insurance, tax or legal advice. A recommendation can only follow a conversation about your own obligations, your own cash flow and your own tolerance for a commitment measured in decades.

What the form collects, and why

Your name and your email address. A message has to be addressed to someone, and it has to go somewhere. That is the whole reason both are asked for.

Your province. Insurance contracts of this kind are available only to residents of Canada, and the advisor may act only in the provinces his licensing covers. The province decides whether a later conversation could usefully happen at all, and saying so on the page is better than discovering it afterwards.

A telephone number, optionally. The book request is answered by email and nothing else, so this field can be left empty without consequence.

Anything you write in the message. Optional. It is the place to say which edition and which language, and to ask a question that the answer to the book will not cover.

Nothing else is collected. There is no question about your income, your assets or your health, because none of that decides whether someone should be told a book has been printed.

What you send is held under the privacy policy, Quebec's Law 25 and PIPEDA, and the governance of personal information page sets out the internal rules behind them. The privacy policy names the person responsible for the protection of personal information, gives an address that reaches a person, and states how long each category of information is kept. You may ask to see what is held about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted, and asking does not require a reason.

What to read while the book is in production

The site is not a preview of the book and the book is not a longer version of the site, but the subjects are the same and the site is finished.

Start with what critics get right, which is an unusual recommendation for a practice to make and the right one. Then how a participating policy works, which is the reference layer most other pages point back into. Then, if the mechanism holds up for you, the strategy itself.

Reading those three in that order is closer to the argument of the book than any summary of it would be, and it costs nothing and asks for nothing.

Ask to be told when the book is ready

Nothing is sent today, because there is nothing finished to send. Give a name and an email address and you will be told once, when the book is available, and in which language. Say in the message which edition you want and whether English or French suits you better.

What you write here is used to tell you when the book is ready and to answer anything you asked in the message. It is not sold, not shared with any insurer, and not added to a marketing list unless you ask for that separately. Please do not send policy numbers, account details, dates of birth or medical information through this form; a web form is not a secure channel and none of that is needed here. How your information is handled, how long it is kept, and how to ask for a copy or its deletion, is set out in the privacy policy linked below.

This form reaches Canadian Wealth Creation Centre Inc. Any meeting, any advice and any insurance product is provided by Canadian Wealth Creation Centre Inc., through its representatives certified by the Autorité des marchés financiers. IBC Financial is the company's education platform: it distributes no product and no financial service, and it gives no individualised advice.

Common questions

Can I download the book now?

No. The book has not been published, so there is no file to send and no link that would produce one. It is in final production in English and in French, which means the manuscript is finished and the work remaining is production rather than writing. A page offering an instant download of an unpublished book would be collecting email addresses under a false description, which is why this one does not. The practical consequence is that sending the form today gets you a note later, not a file now. If that is not what you wanted, the material itself is on this site already and nothing on it is gated.

When will the book be published?

No release date has been announced, and none is stated here for that reason. The book is in final production in both languages, and production work of this kind runs to a schedule that is not fixed until the last stage of it is done. Naming a month now would be a guess presented as a fact, and a reader who planned around it would have been misled by a page that had no way of knowing. What can be said is narrow and true: the writing is finished, the work is in production, and the people who ask here are told once when it is ready.

Is the book in French as well as English?

Yes. Both language editions are in production together rather than one following the other as a translation afterwards. That matters more than it sounds, because a Canadian book on insurance and tax that is written in English and rendered into French later tends to carry the English regulatory frame with it, and a Quebec reader then meets a description of rules that do not govern the contract in front of them. Say in the message which language you would rather have. If both, say that too, and both are sent when both exist.

What does the book cover that this site does not?

Order, mostly, and the parts of the subject that only make sense at length. The site answers questions one at a time, because that is how readers arrive at it, and each page is written to stand alone. A book can build one idea on another across two hundred pages, hold a single household through a full sequence of decisions, and show what the same contract looks like at year three, year ten and year thirty. What it will not contain is a fact contradicting a page here. Where the two ever differ, the page is corrected.

Do I have to give an email address to read anything on this site?

No, and this page is the only one that asks for anything at all. Every article, every objection, every explanation of contract mechanics and every disclosure is readable without a form, an account or an address. This page exists because a book that does not exist yet cannot be put on a page, so the way to tell you it is ready is to have somewhere to send the message. That is a different thing from gating material that is already written, which is a practice this site does not follow and does not intend to.

What happens to the email address I give here?

It is used to tell you when the book is available and to answer anything you asked in the message field, and it is used for nothing else. It is not sold, it is not passed to an insurer, and it is not added to a marketing list unless you separately ask for that. The record is held by the practice on its own server rather than by a third party mailing service, so no outside processor receives your name or address in the ordinary course. You can ask at any time to see what is held, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted, and no reason is needed.

Will I be sent marketing after asking about the book?

Not unless you ask for it. Asking to be told about a book is one thing, and agreeing to receive general educational material by email afterwards is a different and optional thing. Bundling the two into a single tick would not be valid consent under Canadian law, so they are never presented as one. If you do opt into the second, every message carries a link that withdraws it in one step, and withdrawing it does not affect the book request. If you did not opt in, the note about the book is the only message you receive.

Is there a separate edition for real estate investors?

Yes. A second edition addresses the questions that come up when the household balance sheet is mostly property: deposits, renovation costs, carrying an empty unit, and the timing problems that arise when capital is committed and something needs paying now. It is a different treatment of the same underlying contract rather than a different strategy, and it exists because the general edition kept acquiring property examples until they deserved a book of their own. It has its own request page on this site, and you can ask for both from either page.

Who is the book written for, and who is it not for?

It is written for a Canadian reader with durable surplus cash flow who wants to understand a long commitment before making it. It is not written for someone looking for a fast return, and it says so early rather than late. Anyone carrying expensive consumer debt, without an emergency reserve, or with income that varies sharply from year to year is better served dealing with those things first, and the book states that in its opening pages rather than burying it. A book that never names the people it does not suit is a sales document wearing a book cover.
