The Book, and Why There Is Nothing to Download Yet
There is no file to download here, because the book has not been published. It is in final production in English and in French, and no release date, no publisher and no ISBN have been announced. This page is where you ask to be told when it is ready. Everything the book covers is already explained on this site, at no cost, with no form standing in front of it.
There is no file behind this page. The book has not been published, and a page offering an instant download of an unpublished book would be collecting email addresses under a description that is not true.
What this page does instead is narrow. It takes a name and an email address, and it uses them once, to tell you the book is available and in which language.
What is the book?
Infinite Financial Sovereignty®, Simplified, by Jose Salloum. It sets out in plain language how a participating whole life contract issued by a Canadian insurer can be built and used as the reserve a household or a business draws on, what that asks of the person doing it, and where the arrangement fails.
The approach it describes is the one commonly called The Infinite Banking Concept®, a term originated by Nelson Nash and a registered trademark of Infinite Banking Concepts, LLC. Neither the book nor this practice is affiliated with them. The book is a Canadian treatment of the subject, written against Canadian tax rules and Canadian insurance regulation, which is the gap it exists to fill.
Why is there nothing to download?
Four facts, stated together because a page of this kind usually states none of them.
The book has not been published. It is in final production in English and in French. Production is the stage after the writing is finished, and it is the stage that decides when a book actually exists.
No release date has been announced. Not by the author and not here. A month named on this page today would be a guess dressed as a schedule.
No publisher has been announced, and no ISBN exists yet. Those two facts usually arrive together, and neither has.
Any one of them would be enough to make an instant-download page dishonest. All four make it something the practice will not put its name on.
What happens after you send the form?
One message, when the book is ready, saying that it is ready and how to get it. That is the whole of it.
You are not called. You are not entered into a sequence of emails. You are not sent a chapter, a summary or a workbook in the meantime, because none of those things exists either. If the book takes another six months, you hear nothing for six months, which is the honest consequence of a page that promises exactly one message.
If you would rather have a conversation before the book arrives, that is a separate thing and it is available now at no cost.
Is any of the material on this site behind this form?
No. Nothing on this site is gated, and the book is not a way of gating it after the fact.
The learning centre indexes every article on the site, and each one can be read without a form, an account or an address. The case against this approach is on the site in full, including the arguments the practice concedes. The strategy pages explain the mechanism without asking for anything.
If the book never appeared, the material would still be here. That is the test of whether a site is educational or is a lead capture wearing an education label, and it is a test this site is built to pass.
Which edition applies to you?
Two editions, and they are treatments of the same contract rather than two different strategies.
The general edition is for a household or a business owner asking how a participating contract is designed at issue, funded over decades, and drawn on when something needs paying.
The real estate edition is for a reader whose balance sheet is mostly property. It carries the same mechanics and different examples: deposits, renovation costs, an empty unit, and the timing problems that arrive when capital is committed and a bill is due. It has its own request page, and either page will take a request for both.
What the book will not do
It will not tell you that this suits everyone, because it does not. It will not show a projection without stating the assumptions behind it and the date those figures were current. It will not separate you from your existing coverage on the strength of a chapter.
And it will not replace advice on your own circumstances. Nothing in a book, and nothing on this website, is personalised financial, insurance, tax or legal advice. A recommendation can only follow a conversation about your own obligations, your own cash flow and your own tolerance for a commitment measured in decades.
What the form collects, and why
Your name and your email address. A message has to be addressed to someone, and it has to go somewhere. That is the whole reason both are asked for.
Your province. Insurance contracts of this kind are available only to residents of Canada, and the advisor may act only in the provinces his licensing covers. The province decides whether a later conversation could usefully happen at all, and saying so on the page is better than discovering it afterwards.
A telephone number, optionally. The book request is answered by email and nothing else, so this field can be left empty without consequence.
Anything you write in the message. Optional. It is the place to say which edition and which language, and to ask a question that the answer to the book will not cover.
Nothing else is collected. There is no question about your income, your assets or your health, because none of that decides whether someone should be told a book has been printed.
What you send is held under the privacy policy, Quebec's Law 25 and PIPEDA, and the governance of personal information page sets out the internal rules behind them. The privacy policy names the person responsible for the protection of personal information, gives an address that reaches a person, and states how long each category of information is kept. You may ask to see what is held about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted, and asking does not require a reason.
What to read while the book is in production
The site is not a preview of the book and the book is not a longer version of the site, but the subjects are the same and the site is finished.
Start with what critics get right, which is an unusual recommendation for a practice to make and the right one. Then how a participating policy works, which is the reference layer most other pages point back into. Then, if the mechanism holds up for you, the strategy itself.
Reading those three in that order is closer to the argument of the book than any summary of it would be, and it costs nothing and asks for nothing.
Ask to be told when the book is ready
Nothing is sent today, because there is nothing finished to send. Give a name and an email address and you will be told once, when the book is available, and in which language. Say in the message which edition you want and whether English or French suits you better.
